Free Delivery & Installation Terms

We are pleased to offer free delivery within the UK, subject to the conditions outlined below:

1.⁠ ⁠Standard Free Delivery & Installation
Free delivery includes installation where there is clear, level, and unobstructed exterior access to the property.

2.⁠ ⁠Restricted or Challenging Access
Where access is limited, uneven, or requires navigating obstacles (including interior routes), delivery will be made to the kerbside only.
We do not carry out installations that require moving items through a property (e.g. through the house or internal spaces).

3.⁠ ⁠Access Assessment
If your delivery location has restricted or challenging access, please contact us in advance so we can assess the situation and discuss possible solutions.

4.⁠ ⁠Exclusions
Free delivery does not apply to the following areas:

Inside London Zone 2
Scotland
Ireland
