Welcome to SLABB Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, your purchase of our products, and any related services we provide. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

All SLABB products are handmade to order in our workshop at Stowfield Cable Works, Wye Valley, UK.

  • Variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of concrete and steel and do not constitute defects.
  • Product dimensions may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our process.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are processed via our online shop.
  • We accept credit and debit cards as payment.
  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
  • Orders will only be confirmed once payment has cleared.

4. Pricing

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include all applicable charges.
  • SLABB Ltd is not VAT-registered, so VAT is not charged.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders already placed will not be affected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver within the UK only.
  • Standard lead time: approximately 3 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Delivery is via courier service.
  • The customer must ensure flat access or access to a goods lift. We cannot deliver through a house.
  • SLABB Ltd is responsible for any damage that occurs during transit; however, damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • As all products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started and the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
  • If returning due to damage or fault, SLABB Ltd will arrange collection and cover costs.
  • If returning for any other agreed reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the returned item being received and inspected.

7. Warranty & Care

  • Our products are guaranteed for 30 days against manufacturing defects.
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Care Instructions: We recommend resealing your concrete tabletop once per year using our recommended sealant to maintain protection.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All text, images, designs, and other content on this website are owned by SLABB Ltd and protected by copyright law.
  • Customers are welcome to share our product images on social media provided they credit SLABB Ltd and do not alter the images in a misleading way.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order, including name, address, email, and payment details.
  • Your data will never be sold to third parties.
